Housing market
Idealista and Fotocasa listing aggregates — asking rents and availability, always clearly dated.
Our reading

We refresh each source on its own cadence — official statistics as they publish, market data more often — and a page's “updated” date only moves when the evidence or our reading actually changes, never for cosmetic edits.
