Domior helps users discover properties, organize their search, and facilitate introductions with participating real estate agencies.

Domior is not a real estate agency, broker, financial advisor, legal advisor, mortgage provider, or property seller.

To use Domior, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Provide accurate information when requested.
• Use the platform in accordance with applicable laws.
• Maintain the security of your account and credentials.

Domior reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where misuse, fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms are detected.

When using Domior, you agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform.
• Interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the platform.
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or extract information without authorization.
• Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit platform content without permission.
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes.

Property information displayed through Domior may originate from participating agencies, public sources, or third-party providers.

While we strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date information, Domior does not guarantee:

• The accuracy of property information.
• The availability of any property.
• The completeness of listings.
• The accuracy of prices or conditions.
• That a property remains available after being displayed.

Users should independently verify all relevant information before making decisions.

Domior may facilitate introductions between users and participating agencies.

Domior is not a party to any negotiation, agreement, transaction, reservation, rental contract, purchase contract, or other arrangement entered into between users and agencies.

Any relationship established between a user and an agency is solely between those parties.

Information presented on Domior is provided for informational purposes only.

Nothing on the platform constitutes:

• Legal advice
• Financial advice
• Tax advice
• Investment advice
• Mortgage advice
• Real estate brokerage services

Users should seek independent professional advice where appropriate.

All content, software, branding, designs, trademarks, databases, and technology available through Domior are owned by or licensed to Domior Technologies S.L.

Except where permitted by law, users may not:

• Redistribute
• Reverse engineer
• Republish
• Commercially exploit

any part of the platform without prior written authorization.

Domior may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, security measures, or circumstances beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Domior shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages.
• Loss of profits, opportunities, data, or business.
• Decisions made based on information available through the platform.
• Property availability, property condition, or agency actions.
• Interruptions, errors, or temporary unavailability of the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

By using Domior, you acknowledge that personal data may be processed in accordance with that policy.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time.

Continued use of the platform after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Spain, unless applicable consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
